Data mining is currently a frontier research topic in the field of information and database technology. It recognized as one most promising key technologies. involves multiple technologies, such mathematical statistics, fuzzy theory, neural networks, artificial intelligence, with relatively high technical content. The realization also difficult. In this article, we have studied basic concepts, processes, algorithms association rule Aiming at large-scale applications, order to improve efficiency data mining, proposed an incremental algorithm based on clustering, that is, using fast clustering. First, feasibility realizing performance appraisal studied; then, business process needed realize system analyzed, process-related links corresponding input interface are designed, then processing including foundation model. development tools used implement specific settings program design algorithm. Incorporated into human resource management colleges universities, they carried out successful broadcasting, realized visualization, finally discovered valuable information.
